WL Jaya Sdn Bhd, a contractor incorporated in June 2020 to be a full- fledged building construction firm with CIDB G6.

 

WL Jaya Sdn Bhd is founded on a firm platform of expertise and competencies in term of its team technical know- how and construction innovation towards Timeline, Quality, Technology, Safety and Environmental.

and implementation through several accepted concepts namely Turnkey Project, Design and Built and Joint Venture.


In our quest to deliver values to our customers, our construction operations is supported by the ISO Standards, Building Information Modeling and 5-S Practices to enhance all practices and processes at site to achieve operational excellence adhering to highest standard of Quality initiatives through the implementation of “BQUAS” or “QLASSIC” assessments and above all responsible construction approaches towards better environment, safety and health.

COMPANY QUALITY, ENVIRONMENTAL, SAFETY & HEALTH

WL JAYA is committed quality construction services to its clients, minimizing adverse impact on the environment and protecting the safety and health of its clients, employees, workers, the public and other stakeholders. This is achieved by undertaking the following:

  • Managing projects effectively and efficiently.

  • Continually improving our quality, environmental, safety and health practices.


Top management shall review the QESH policy for its effectiveness and continuing suitability annually during management review board meetings as part of the efforts to improve the QESH Management System. The top management shall ensure that measurable QESH objectives are established in Section 4 of the QESH Manual. The QESH objectives shall be reviewed annually during management review meeting to determine relevancy and suitability in relation to the company's QESH policy.

DEFINITION of 5 – S and its PRINCIPLES

Structurise

It is essential to discard unnecessary items or return them to stores for storage. Necessary items should be clearly classified and stored under high-medium-low usage according to usage frequencies. The application of ‘Centralization Storage’ and ‘One- is-best’ will help minimizing stock level.

Systematise

This is a study of efficiency. It allows you to understand how to adopt the shortest possible time while acquiring or putting away items. It is necessary to define the ‘Name’ and the ‘Home’ of every item.

Sanitise

All staffs should hold accountable for the cleanliness of not only their own work areas, but also sharing other common places surrounding their working environment.

Standardise

Standardization focuses on the establishment of transparent, visual and green management within the working environment. By utilizing creativity and ‘Visual
Management’, work effectiveness and efficiency will be improved.

Self-Displine

Everyone working in the organization should implement the above 4-S autonomously. This will lead the organization towards a 5-S work environment in the long run to achieve KISS (Keep it Short and Simple) and become a good culture.
